Access to the Platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under 18 years of age. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and suspend accounts failing checks.
When creating a profile, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated registration details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including passwords) and preventing unauthorized access. You agree to notify us immediately at support@goplayalberta.com of any security breach or unauthorized profile use. We are not liable for losses caused by credentials negligence.
You agree not to use the Platform to perform the following restricted actions:
All content displayed on the Platform — including text, page layout graphics, inline SVG icons, logos "GoPlayAlberta", games assets, code modules, compressed WebP images, and software structures — is the exclusive property of GoPlay Alberta Ltd. or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform for leisure purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or modification of assets is strictly prohibited.
The Platform and all its featured content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, the absolute absence of browser bugs, or that all descriptions are completely free of errors. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any game, tab, or section at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, GoPlay Alberta Ltd., its founders, directors, employees, and partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to, use of, or inability to use the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, profile access loss, device freezes, or network errors.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend, deactivate, or delete any user account that violates these Terms of Use, infringes third-party rights, or poses security risks. Account suspension actions will suspend points accumulation and block profile access. Suspended users are prohibited from registering new profiles.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will indicate the update date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes your formal acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Edmonton, Alberta.
