Daily, Weekly & Monthly Limits: Set caps on your session hours. The system logs you out automatically once reached.
Reality Check Notifications: Set pop-up reminders that trigger at select intervals (e.g. every 30 minutes) showing duration.
Self-Exclusion Options: Temporarily suspend your profile from 24 hours up to permanent account closure.

Taking Breaks

If you feel your digital habits are becoming unmanageable, taking a break is always a positive step. You can temporarily suspend your account at any time from your profile security settings. We block all newsletters and promotions to suspended accounts during their break durations.

Log in to your account, head to the "Safety Settings" tab in your profile dashboard, and select "Session Limits". You can choose maximum daily, weekly, or monthly hours. Click save to apply changes instantly.

During self-exclusion, you are locked out of your account completely. You cannot play games, earn points, or log in. All marketing emails, forum updates, and notifications are suspended. Once set, self-exclusions cannot be revoked early.
